Asus really put quite a show at this year CES2017 event with all its new “Zen” devices and “ROG” PCs, the list however won’t be complete without mentioning the ZenBook 3 Deluxe (UX490UA), the new top-of-the-line premium ultra-thin Windows 10 laptop by the company. It measures just 12.9mm at its thinnest edge and weighs only 1.1kg. It is touts to be the new MacBook Pro ultimate rival.
With its body made of metal material which we presume to be solid, the laptop will be able to withstand daily up and down without triggering another bendgate. The ZenBook 3 Deluxe features a 14-inch full-HD (1920×1080) display packed in a 13-inch chassis and is powered by a seventh-generation Intel Core i7-7500U (Kaby Lake) processor, clubbed with 16GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 1TB PCle SSD.

Sitting above the bezel is a full-size backlit keyboard and right below it is a glass trackpad, right underneath the trackpad at the top right is an hidden integrated fingerprint scanner that supports Windows Hello password-free login. The ZenBook 3 Deluxe includes 2x USB Type-C ports that are Thunderbolt 3 enabled, offering up to 40Gbps of data transfer speed and can power on two 4K external displays. Harman Kardon powered quad speakers equipped also let users enjoy every single audio track and sound hushed out of the speakers grill.
The Asus ZenBook 3 Deluxe wears a price tag of US$1,699 and will be available in May. It is painted in Royal Blue and Quartz Grey colors.
