Asus earlier this year launched ZenFone AR, which claimed world’s first smartphone to support both Google DayDream VR and Project Tango AR. Besides this honorable title, it is also claimed world’s first mobile device to packed 8GB of RAM. Months after its official announcement, Asus today has officially brings the smartphone to India shore.
The phone will be available exclusively on e-commerce website FlipKart starting from 4PM today at a price of Rs 49,999 (US$750). Clad in an aluminium body painted in Black with leather back, the ZenFone AR features a 5.7-inch Quad-HD AMOLED display and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 821 chipset paired with Adreno 530 for graphics.

It is equipped with four cameras; a 23MP rear camera, an 8MP front camera, a motion tracking camera, and a depth sensing camera. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat and has a hybrid dual SIM slot.
