Alongside with its new range of tablets, Asus also unveiled a new 2-in-1 convertible Laptop/Tablet hybrid device named Transformer Book T100HA. Full specifications and details of the device are still hooded, but we expect more information to surface as time goes on.
To start with, the Asus Transformer Book T100HA is confirmed to run Windows 10 out-of-the-box – this makes it the first tablet on the list of Windows 10 devices. It features a 10.1-inch display paired with a pixel resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

A 64-bit Intel Atom X5 (Cherry Trail) processor drive the device on the inside, backed by 4GB of RAM. The amazing part is the Transformer Book T100HA USB 3.1 Type-C port, but it also includes a Micro-USB port. No device has yet manage to offer both, even the Apple Macbooks 2015 edition does not.
Despite its heavy profile, the tablet only weight 580 grams and features a slim body of 8.45mm thickness. Battery packed inside is capable of delivering up 14 hours in a single charge.
A seperate keyboard dock is also available for the device. Microsoft announced on Monday that Windows 10 will be available starting from July 29, so we expect the Transformer Book T100HA tablet to arrive few weeks after then.
