Apart from its third-generation ZenWatch that was launched earlier today, the company also announced a new portable movable mobile monitor called ZenScreen. The monitor is primarily targeted at users who want to experience the full multimedia strength of their device such as laptop, desktop and tablet, but are limited due to the device display ability.
The ZenScreen is ultra-thin, measuring just 6.5mm at the bezel and has an overall weight of 800 grams. According to Asus, the bezel is 60% thinner when compared with the previous models. It features a 15.6-inch edge-to-edge display with full-HD (1920×1080) resolution that can be use vertically or horizontally, thanks to foldable smart case included that act as a stand and keep the monitor in place.

The accompanied smart case is only 1mm thick, which makes it light enough not to have negative impact on the monitor weight when carry around. The Asus ZenScreen comes with Hybrid USB Type-C port. This will easily accept both USB Type-A and USB Type-C input. Another advantage of the port is its simultaneous supports for power and video transmission.
Asus is yet to reveal its pricing and availability, but we expect more details to surface before September ends.
